We will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of your purchase or from when your order was delivered, whichever is longer. Exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days after the purchase date. All caps and other items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

How do I return or exchange a cap or other item?
You may return an item to one of our retail stores or by mail to HatClub.com Customer Service.
How do I return/exchange an item at a Hat Club retail store?
If you decide to make a return/exchange to a Hat Club store, you must bring the following items with you:
- Your original packing/order slip.
- The credit card used for the original purchase. Orders placed using Debit Cards will not be refunded for cash. Orders placed using PayPal will be refunded to a Hat Club Gift Card.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return an item to HatClub.com?
- Shipping and handling fees, including costs to ship items back to HatClub.com, are non-refundable.
- Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely.
- All item(s) must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn), in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
Mail your item(s) back to our Customer Service by following the steps below:
- Pack the cap(s) or other item(s) securely in the original package, if possible. Please do not return items in envelopes or other types of packaging which can cause damages during the shipping process. Caps and other items damaged due to improper packaging will not be returned or exchanged.
- Enclose a copy of your original packing/order slip with the item(s). If you cannot send a copy of your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
- Enclose instructions of what you would like us to do with your returned purchase (refund, exchange for different size ball cap, exchange for different product, etc.)
- If you would like to make an exchange for another item, please include a check or money order for $6.99 to cover the shipping costs to ship your exchanged item back to you.
- You may ship your items to our return center listed below using the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other U.S. authorized mail carriers. You will assume responsibility for all shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package for its full retail value.

How do I exchange an item to HatClub.com?
