Each piece was produced in Bangladesh with a 100% cotton corduroy crown and 100% polyester visor. Each of the Burnt Orange Cord Dreams hats includes a burnt orange corduroy crown, button and polyester upper visor, a kelly green under visor and Hat Club logo sewn into the black sweatband. All of the front logos, side patches and flat-stitched back logos are sewn with a combination of burnt orange maroon, olive green, yellow gold and metallic platinum threading.
Each of the Tan Cord Crown hats includes a tan corduroy crown, button and polyester upper visor, a kelly green under visor and Hat Club logo sewn into the black sweatband. All of the front logos, side patches and flat-stitched back logos are sewn with a combination of metallic copper, maroon, icy blue, yellow gold and metallic platinum threading.
