"Doesnt look like photos. Their refund policy is absolute garbage. The fact that they make you pay for shipping back and then a seven dollar restocking fee. I don’t know maybe be a little bit more clear on what the item is that you’re buying and use new universal language like saying this is a deconstructed hat that does not hold it shape."
