"Hat Club does not put their hats in a bag before putting them inside the box nor do they use anything to protect the hat from getting dirty. This is the third time I order a light colored hat that arrives dirty. This particular one had a small fingerprint on the visor, possibly ink residue from the shipping label, but if it was placed in a plastic bag before being put in the box that would’ve never happened."
