Horrible customer service
"Long story short I bought a hat on hatclub. com a couple months back. The hat came and did not fit when I tried to return it. I was told that it was a sale item and I cannot get my money back, which I understand. I tried to contact somebody at customer service and tell them all I really wanted was a credit towards another purchase and have not heard anything back. Coming from someone who’s been in customer service for 35 years of his life. This is incredibly unprofessional. It’s not like I wanted to get my money and go elsewhere. I was literally just trying to get a credit to make another purchase at hat club and never heard anything."
