Didn't Received My Pre-Order

"This order is great but I have been emailing and texting you guys about my Pre-Ordered New Era Black and Royal Blue 59fifty New York Knicks fitted hat that was paid for in advance and I still haven't received even after I placed another order a month afterwards and I received that order within 5 days of me ordering the hat. Again can someone please contact concerning this issue, thanks. ."
