"I ordered this hat last weekend with the pretense of wearing the hat through the World Series. I was excited when I receive the hat on Friday just in time for the World Series only to open the box and realize that the hat had a hole in it immediately I tried to contact customer service, but since it was the weekend, nobody would respond. I did go to one location and they told me I would have to do everything online only to find out that they don’t want to return my hat now because it was a promotional sale. Promotion are not you shouldn’t be selling defective merchandise . so now I have a hat with a hole in it. Bad business guys"
