Will never buy from hat club again

"I made a purchase at the beginning of March and didn’t receive item until the begging of may. Returned hat because it was to small and selected refund instead of original payment method because I wasn’t going to receive the full amount owed so I asked for a gift that I have yet to receive and it’s April 22, 2026. I wasn’t able to contact a live agent and only way I was able to through email. Finally was able to chat with and agent and still no digital gift cart. Absolutely the worst experience ever when purchasing an item. I will never buy from this company ever again. Sorry you wanted feedback and so this is what I thought. You lost a future customer for sure who buys a lot of caps."
