Do not buy from Hat Club

"*** Be careful all who make purchases from Hat Club. I ordered this hat and it arrived from a store location obviously super tried on and worn and had stains and marks on the sweatband. Literally marks and face dirt from trying on. Customer service says that it does not meet requirements of a stain LOL. Now I find out that I can’t return it and I can only exchange it and my size is gone. Just be careful shopping with the Hat Club when there are other retailers who handle customer service issues with much more grace and respect for their customers. ***"
