RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returns for product in its original condition and with the tags still attached, or that is defective. Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All Items purchased as a part of a sale or promotion are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including markdowns.

How do I return an item to HatClub.com?

  1. Shipping and handling fees, including costs to ship items back to Hat Club, are non-refundable
  2. A $6.99 restocking fee will apply per order being returned.
  3. All items must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.
  4. International return instructions listed below.

How do I return an item at a Hat Club retail store?

If you decide to make a return to a Hat Club store, you must bring the following items with you:
  1. Your original packing/order receipt.
  2. The credit card used for the original purchase.  Orders placed using Debit Cards will not be refunded for cash.
  3. Orders placed using PayPal MUST be returned by mail. These returns cannot be made in a Hat Club store.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

ONLY Return requests will be accepted. ALL return requests will be issued as a refund in the form of the original payment. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable. All Return Shipping Fees Must be Covered by the customer. Hat Club is Not responsible for return shipping costs. Must return to the address listed below.
