What is THE CLUB?
A rewards and membership program for Hatclub.com customers. Earn points for every dollar spent online. Plus, access exclusive benefits determined by the tier you are in. Our two tiers (Starter & Insider) are based on your 12-month purchases. Don’t forget, you'll get $5 OFF your next purchase as your first reward for becoming a member. THE CLUB is currently not available in our stores.
How do I Join THE CLUB?
Joining THE CLUB is super simple! To set up an account all you need is an email address. Click here to sign up!
How do I earn points?
Earn points every time you shop with us! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding any shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your account page.
When do I start earning points?
Once you've signed up and made your first purchase you’ll start earning points. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history, and to redeem offers with your points.
I am still part of an old HAT CLUB membership program, can I join this new rewards program?
Yes you can but you can only be part of one program, so you’ll need to choose. If you have an old membership discount code you are not eligible to earn points as part of THE CLUB program.
How do I check my points balance?
You must first be signed into your account. Click here to sign in now. Once logged in, you’ll see any point you’ve accumulated at the top of the page.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at checkout. First, ensure you’re logged in, products are added to your cart, and you’re ready to complete the order. Go to the checkout page and you’ll see a slider on the right hand side under the hat you wish to buy. Move the slider to confirm how many points you wish to redeem. Select and click "Apply" at checkout. Please note, point redemption is not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes.
I've made purchases from Hat Club before the launch do I receive points for those purchases?
No, unfortunately we can't go back and apply points to previous purchases since this a new rewards program.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points must be redeemed within two years from the last time you earned, spent points or redeemed a coupon.
Is there a maximum amount of points I can redeem at one time?
Yes, the maximum amount of points you can redeem at one time is $20 USD.
Can I use my points on sale items?
Points can only be redeemed on full-price items. Sales and specials are excluded. However, you can earn points when purchasing sale items.
I have a discount code, can I also apply my points to this order?
No, your points cannot be redeemed if you’ve also added a discount code at checkout.
I have a Gift Card, will I earn points when I redeem?
No sorry, you won't receive points on Gift Card redemptions.
If I make a purchase at a Hat Club store will I get points?
No sorry, any Hat Club store purchases do not count towards your tier status or points accumulation. THE CLUB is exclusive to www.hatclub.com only.
Can I redeem my points in store?
No sorry, your points can only be redeemed via www.hatclub.com
My points aren’t showing up, what do I do?
Please note that it could take up to 48 hours for your points balance to appear in your account. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will assist you.
What do the tiers mean?
THE CLUB rewards and membership program has two tiers. These two tiers are based on your total spend via www.hatclub.com (excluding any discounts, shipping and taxes) within a twelve-month period.
To access our Starter Tier, simply spend between$1-$99 USD within a twelve-month period.
To access our Insider Tier, spend over $100 USD in a twelve-month period.
What are the benefits of each tier?
1. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
2. Access into our weekly ‘HC Picks’ competition. Each week you’ll have two chances to win bonus points.

How do I access the Insider Tier?
To access the Insider Tier, your orders over a twelve-month period would need to exceed $100 USD (excluding any discounts, shipping and taxes).
How do I know what tier I am in?
Once logged in, you can check which tier you are in via your account page.
I can’t log into my account, what do I do?
No problem! Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll guide you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, please email us at email@example.com
Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
No, you cannot transfer or merge points between accounts.
I’m an Insider, how do I access these exclusive sales events, merchandise and products?
You will be notified of any exclusive sale events, new merchandise and products via email. Make sure you’ve add us to your contact list, so they don't end up in Spam! Any current exclusive merchandise and product redemption is visible when you’re logged into your account, you will see a product carousel at the bottom of the page.
I’m a Starter, how do I access these exclusive sale events, merchandise and products?
I’m so sorry, you must to be in our Insider Tier to access these exclusive benefits. All you need to do is spend more than $100 USD in a 12-month period (excluding any discounts, shipping and taxes).
I think I have enough points, why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're logged into your account prior to checking out.
If after signing in, the slider is still missing - please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and allow a few moments to re-load.

What happens to my points when I return items?
When items are refunded, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
What is HC Picks?
Our HC Picks competition is open exclusively to THE CLUB members in both tiers. Starters will have two chances to win bonus points each week while our Insider will have four chances. All you need to do is answer the questions correctly. If guessed correctly, you’ll receive bonus points which can be redeemed for special products and merchandise. Bonus points will be automatically added to your account every Tuesday. To access HC Picks keep a lookout for an email sent every Monday. Entries close every Thursday 5pm PST.
